System Size, Poor Air Flow, High Electric Bill

If your heating unit has been red tagged do not OPERATE
System Size, to figure your requirements to your needs is take square footage (ex 2000 Sqft) and divide that by 400 Ton. So 2000/400 will give you 5 ton of air. There is expectations for this some houses will have more insulation making the need for cooling less or less insulated making a need for additional cooling needs.
Poor Air Flow, it is recommended to change out ducts insulation is pealing off
High Electric Bill, Newer units have a much higher SEER value meaning they will consume less energy to cool your space, trade off is higher upfront cost, Minimum SEER value is 14
